We called Mike and made our appt for some issues with our PC. He was on time and so nice to help solve our issues and answer our questions. He took his time to make sure we understood what was going on. Mike even stayed 30 minutes longer working on an issue. We will use his services again.

Securing an appointment was quick and easy! He was timely and even reached out to me because I lost track of time and hadn’t done what I needed to do so he could log in remotely to assess my laptop. He was thorough and detailed and even explained to me what was going on in a way that made sense to me. Definitely recommend this service!

Mike arrived on scheduled time and got to work immediately to fix my desk top issues. It took a little while to pinpoint cause of the problem but he was able to fix it. I highly recommend him.

Mike rearranged his schedule to get me up and running to meet the deadline the next day. Then he came back later to fix the main issue that caused the problem originally. Great communication about appointments. And VERY reasonable pricing. Wouldn’t use anyone else!!!
