Steve Miles says: Let me highlight the difference between outstanding PC support and a mediocre experience. In December I took my XPS desktop to computer repair company located on Mendenhall, close to Poplar. I gave them a simple set of directions. Please back-up my data and load Windows 7 as my OS. Then reload my data.

I got my PC back, nothing had been backed up. My sound card had been removed. I was in a mess, and they charged a $100 for this really bad experience.
