I was having some issues with my laptop and when I called Dell to get advice, they asked me to purchase a 1 year tech-support membership for $239.99. Being a student, that’s like 1/4 of my monthly income just to get advice on something I felt like I could do on my own. After I found through a search engine, I emailed him and he gave me step by step instructions on how to fix it. My laptop now works like a charm. Thanks!
