We found Mike Oyler, Memphis PC Guy, some years ago through recommendations on Nextdoor. He has helped us with several issues since and has always provided timely and excellent service. His knowledge and expertise are impressive, and he always goes above and beyond with helpful information to keep us running smoothly and efficiently. We’ve never had a problem he couldn’t correct. The online scheduling he offers is a great convenience. He is very responsive and his rates very reasonable. And a super nice guy to work with as well. Highly recommend.

Mike arrived on scheduled time and got to work immediately to fix my desk top issues. It took a little while to pinpoint cause of the problem but he was able to fix it. I highly recommend him.

Mike is so great, he is timely, professional, personable and he REALLY knows his stuff! So knowledgeable and helpful and also patient with questions. Can’t imagine ever using anyone else for technical installations or support. Memphis PC Guy is the BEST!

Memphis PC Guy (Mike) is absolutely the best!! I had a computer issue that required immediate repair because of a payroll deadline. Mike rearranged his schedule to get me up and running to meet the deadline the next day. Then he came back later to fix the main issue that caused the problem originally. Great communication about appointments. And VERY reasonable pricing. Wouldn’t use anyone else!!!

I have used Memphis PC Guy for several years. Mike is my “go-to” computer expert. He has always fixed any issue I have with accuracy, professionalism and punctuality. And, his fees are very reasonable.

After I spent two days trying to get my emails working, I finally called Memphis PC Guy. He came the next day, fixed what I messed up and then got my emails working on my computer, telephone, and iPad. Then he went on to fix it on my wife’s phone and iPad. He did a great job, quickly, and at a very reasonable price. I was very happy.

I did not know who else to find and I need my computer up so I can run my business. I actually found him just searching local computer techs. Glad I found him. One year old computer somehow got infected or a case of the ghosts or something. Mike was great helped me get it back running good as new (via txt). Thanks Mike.
